Apple & almond raw porridge


(one serving)

1 dl almonds

1 dl water

Half a green apple, chopped into small pieces

1 teaspoon virgin coconut oil

A pinch of cinnamon


Soak the almonds in water overnight. 

Through away the soaking water and blend the almonds, 1 dl fresh water, apple, coconut oil, and cinnamon to a thick porridge. 

Decorate with cinnamon and enjoy.
