2 dl fresh strawberries, raspberries, ripe mango
or fresh, finely grated coconut
1 dl unsweetened quark
Mash the berries or fruit into a fine puree. Mix with quark.
Place in a freezer for an hour. Mix with a fork and freeze again. Repeat this 2-3 times until the consistency becomes ice-creamy.
Note: if you let the nice cream freeze completely, you will need to soften it in the fridge for at least one hour before serving, and break it slightly with a knife first.
