Blueberry & cashew raw porridge

Ingredients

(one serving)

1 dl cashews

1 dl water

1 dl blueberries

1 teaspoon virgin coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon honey

Preparation

Soak the cashews in water overnight. 

Through away the soaking water and blend the cashews, 1 dl fresh water, blueberries, coconut oil, and honey to a thick porridge. 

Decorate with fresh berries and enjoy.
