Preparation
Heat the pasta water while you prepare the kale.
Rip the kale leaves to small pieces and fry in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until crispy. Salt lightly and place in a bowl.
In the same pan, fry the halloumi cubes with honey and 1 tablespoon olive oil until they get a nice color..
While you fry the halloumi, cook the pasta to almost al dente. Throw in the carrot spaghetti and mix well, cook 30 seconds and drain. Place on plates and top with kale, halloumi and black pepper
