Strawberries and cocoa are an old match made in heaven. Serve them over a soft chia coconut pudding and quark and you get a pretty bowl loaded with nutritious ingredients - perfect breakfast.
Ingredients
(4 servings)
2 dl fresh cocoa milk
3 tablespoons chia seeds
250 g (vanilla) quark
3 dl fresh strawberries
4 tablespoons raw cocoa nibs
Preparation
Mix coconut milk and chia seeds and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour (or overnight if you serve this for breakfast)
Build the bowl: first chia pudding and quark in layers, then strawberries on top. Spinkle with raw cocoa nibs.
