Coconut yoghurt

Rich and creamy and fresh, Greek yoghurt enriched with coconut cream is the perfect brunch treat.


Ingredients

1 dl coconut cream
2 dl Greek yoghurt
0,5 dl (birch) sugar
One tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients and place the yoghurt in the fridge to settle.

Serve cold with fresh fruit and granola.
