Flu fighter salad

Fill you plate with super food and the flu will not catch you.

Prepared in 5 minutes, eaten is less!


(for 1 portion)

100 g cold smoked salmon
1/2 avokado
1/2 papaya
1/2 mango
50 g cherry tomatos
1/2 lime


Cut all inredients to chunks and mix in a bowl. Squeeze lime juice on the whole and season with parsley and oil of choise; sesame for Asian flair, olive for Mediterranean.

As with all simple recipes, ingredient quality is key here: salmon should be very good and nice and salty, and papaya and mango ripe and sweet - this combination melts in the mouth.
