Gingerbread cheesecakes

Leftover gingerbreads? Need a quick dessert?

These 5-ingredient mini cheesecakes are done in 15 minutes - and eaten in less than 2.


Ingredients

(for 10 mini cheesecakes)

 20 gingerbreads

100 g white chocolate

100 g cream cheese

1 tablespoon orange juice (1/3 of a small orange)

50 g dark, orange-flavoured chocolate

Preparation

Melt the white chocolate and mix it with cream cheese and orange juice.

Spread the paste on 10 gingerbreads and press the other 10 (empty) gingerbreads tightly agaist them to form sandwiches.

Melt the dark chocolate and use it to decorate the mini cakes.

Refridgerate before serving.
