Gingerbread latte


(2 cups) 

1 tbls maple syrup

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 drop of vanilla extract

1,5 dl strong, dark-roast coffee

2 dl milk


Mix all spices with maple syrup into a thick paste.

Prepare two cups off coffee: mix half of hot coffee and half of the spice paste in both cups. Heat the milk and whisk into foam, pour over coffee.

Decorate with cinnamon and serve immediataely.
