Fast food has a bad reputation, but fast does not have to equal bad: these minipizzas take 20 minutes to prepare and they are delicious!
Make your pizza classic or something new, like the two pizzas introduced here. May I present, kale-chorizo and potato-rosemary - buon appetito!
BASIC EXPRESS PIZZA
Ingredients
Flat bread (1-2 per pizza)
Mozzarella cheese (50 g per bread)
Tomato sauce:
1 can of tomatoes
2-3 fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 garlic clove
Black pepper
Pinch of salt & sugar
Preparation
Prepare the tomato sauce: blend all ingredients to a smooth sauce.
Spread 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce on each flat bread.
Rip a handful of mozzarella to pieces and spread over tomato sauce.
Add toppings and bake in 225 C for 8-10 minutes, until mozzarella has melted and has a nice colour.
Serve immediately.
KALE & CHORIZO
Ingredients
Basic express pizza (see above)
Handful of kale leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of salt
50 g chorizo, cut to slices
Preparation
Prepare the basic pizza.
Rip the kale leaves to small pieces and toss around in a bowl with olive oil and salt. Spread over pizza.
Cut the chorizo to thin slices and spread over pizza.
POTATO & ROSEMARY
Ingredients
Basic express pizza (see above) but no tomato sauce
2-3 boiled potatos
Fresh rosemary
Pinch of salt
Preparation
Prepare the basic pizza without tomato sauce.
Sprinkle some olive oil over the bread.
Slice the potatos and lay over pizza with mozzarella. Sprinkle some more olive oil and salt over the potatos.
Rip rosemary leaves to release their aroma, and spread over potatos.
