I ate my first real granola in South Carolina at a business hotel breakfast. It was fresh, still warm and super good - I was impressed on the spot. Since then I have tried all possible granola recipes at home. This one combines all kinds of healthy stuff but manages to taste candy-like, thanks to cocoa and mulberries.


1 dl cashews

1 dl unpeeled almonds

2 dl rolled oats

2,5 tablespoons cocoa nibs

1 dl dried mulberries

2 tablespoons agave syrup

2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil


Chop cashews and almonds, mix with other ingredient.

Spread mixture thinly on a baking tray and place in 100 C oven for 20 minutes.

Store in an air-tight jar.
