Grilled cherry tomatos

Tomato's health benefits begin really only when it is cooked - but the main reason for grilling cherry tomatos is that they get so sweet and flavory. These can be used as antipasti, on bruschetta, in salads, pastas, risotto...



150 g ripe cherry tomatos
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamico vinegar
Pinch of salt


Cut the tomatos in half and mix with other ingredients.

Spread on a baking tray and bake in 125 degrees for 1,5-2 hours.
