Hummus is a delicious - and nutritious - classic which cannot be missed in a meze table but which can also make a full meal when served with fresh bread, sesame halloumi, and a fresh salad.
Ingredients
One can (175 g) chick peas 1,5 tablespoons tahini 0,5 dl lemon juice 1 dl olive oil One garlic clove Salt 0,5 teaspoon paprika powder 0,5 teaspoon jeera powder
Preparation
Rinse chick peas.
Blend all ingredients to a smooth, thick paste
Serve immediately.
To avoid drying, pour some olive oil over hummus when storing or serving it.
