When autumn comes, Finnish market places fill with lingonberries. This dark red vitamin bomb is great if you like it tart: it makes a perfect companion for vanilla and dairy products. This traditional Finnish dessert - or a healthy between-the-meals if you use birch sugar and less cream - reminds me of childhood.
