Easy, easier, mango sorbet!

For a really delicious yet absolutely healthy dessert loved by everyone go for a mango sorbet. Just make sure you use really ripe mangos - almost too ripe and soft to eat - and your sorbet will be nice & sweet. Mango alone is enough, but I add a little bit of lime juice to balance the sweetness and a teaspoon of coconut oil for added taste of tropic.

Ingredients

1 very ripe mango

1 teaspoon coconut oil

Juice of one lime

Preparation

Peel the mango and slice the fruit in a bowl. Add lime juice and coconut oil and blend to a smooth puree.

Freeze for at least 1,5 hours, then blend again before serving for better consistency. If you freeze the sorbet completely, take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before re-blending, and break it with a knife first.
