No cold smoked salmon - no Christmas for me. This simple and colorful plate serves salmon on a bed of oranges & sage.
200 g cold smoked salmon
Cut the orange in half and slice one half. Place the slices on a plate.
Cut the salmon to thin slices and spread over the orange slices.
Sprinkle sage leaves over salmon, and squeeze the juice of the other orange half over the salmon.
Store very cold and decorate with black pepper just before serving.
