Redcurrant smoothie

My favorite breakfast is a cashew or almond based smoothie, which takes 2 minutes to prepare and contains everything I need for a good morning

(well, almost: add coffee).


Ingredients

1 dl (handful) peeled almonds
1 dl water
0,5 dl red currants
0,5 dl raspberries
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon agave syrup

Preparation

Soften the almonds in water for 2 hours or overnight.

Blend all ingredients to a smoothie.
