My favorite breakfast is a cashew or almond based smoothie, which takes 2 minutes to prepare and contains everything I need for a good morning
(well, almost: add coffee).
1 dl (handful) peeled almonds1 dl water0,5 dl red currants0,5 dl raspberries1 tablespoon coconut oil1 tablespoon agave syrup
Soften the almonds in water for 2 hours or overnight.
Blend all ingredients to a smoothie.
