Salmon, avocado & egg bowl

These three ingredients - avocado, egg and salmon - are very popular among fitness babes who eat tons of protein and almost nothing else. Add a tasty dressing and it suddenly becomes stuff for gourmet babes too. Pump iron AND eat well, honey!


(two servings)

2 avocados
2 boiled 
100 g cold-smoked salmon
10 capers
1 lime
1/2 shallot
One garlic clove
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pinch of fleur de sel
Fresh chives


Boil the eggs. Cool down.

Mix the dressing: chop the shallot, garlic, and chives, cut the capers to small pieces. Mix all and add olive oil, lime juice, and salt.

Cut the avocado and eggs to small pieces.

Fry the cold-smoked salmon lightly until it is crispy.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients and serve immediately.
