Sesame crisp bread

In Finnish schools kids used to eat crisp bread every day. I did 9+3 years, so for 12 years I have eaten crisp bread every weekday. One could think that I would have had enough, but nope, now I make my own at home. This version is my favorite after numerous trial-and-errors.


Ingredients

(fills one baking tray) 

1 dl sesame seeds

1 dl sunflower seeds

1 dl whole wheat flour

1.5 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon brown sugar

0.5 dl sesame oil

2 dl boiling water

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl

Add hot water and oil, mix well and leave resting for 15 minutes

Bake in 150 C for 40 minutes, remove from oven, let the bread cool down and... enjoy.
